Flutter Developer
We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. You care about UI/UX quality and write clean, efficient, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs across various devices and screen sizes
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter tools, packages, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter
- Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language
- Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or MobX
- Experience with Firebase or similar backend services
- Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to UI/UX quality

Backend Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. You will work closely with product managers and frontend engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient server-side systems using Node.js (TypeScript), Python, and/or Go.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using GraphQL and/or REST
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Node.js (TypeScript), Python, and/or Go
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability
- Ensure backend systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or similar platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend software development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and at least one of Python or Go
- Experience designing and developing GraphQL or RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ruby on Rails Developer
We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to build robust web applications and contribute to our growing portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Design and implement database schemas and queries
- Write clean, well-tested, and documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest)
- Familiarity with Sidekiq
